The Path to Progress: Celebrating Black History Month

Written by: Kara Dugan, President (she/her)

At Razorfish Health, we strive for a better tomorrow, not only for health care providers and patients, but also for our people. Championed by our DE&I advisory council and fueled by our "people-first, people-strong" philosophy, Razorfish Health is dedicated to creating an environment that promotes opportunity, inclusion, and advancement. This includes recognizing and celebrating all unique cultures, identities, and backgrounds.

This month, we celebrate Black History by honoring the many contributions Black Americans have made to health care, history, and our culture. In full recognition of the limited opportunities given to people of color in the past, we encourage others to dedicate their time and energy to fight against systemic racism by listening, learning, and, most importantly, taking action.

Our DE&I council put together a list of opportunities and events that everyone can take part in to support and amplify the voices of our Black colleagues, friends, and the community.
