Back-to-Back Growth for Razorfish Health

Written by: Kara Dugan, President (she/her)

2022 was an exciting year for Razorfish Health. We began the year fueled by double-digit growth momentum, and in 2023 we “can’t stop, won’t stop.” We welcomed 85 new faces onto the RFH team while maintaining an impressively high attrition rate, were recognized by MM+M and the Art Directors Club for our outstanding talent and creative work, and began implementing new and exciting ideas for our clients, all grounded in our rigorous strategic thinking and data-driven activations.

As a leadership team, we also continued to stay true to our philosophy of “people-first, people strong,” and I am excited to announce that as a direct result of that commitment, RFH has been recognized as one of the Ad Age Best Places to Work for the second year in a row. This is a testament to our employees’ dedication to creating and maintaining a workplace that meets their needs, allowing them to not only produce great work, but also to grow as individuals. Their unwavering commitment to our agency, our clients, and to each other has allowed us to achieve this milestone … again! I am honored to work alongside each of them as we bring our mission of fueling the practice of modern medicine to life.

As we look to the year ahead, we will once again lead the industry by translating healthcare trends into marketing realities. Between balancing the needs of a post-pandemic world, the economic pressures on the healthcare system, and the continued rise of technology’s impact on our health, we can’t wait to see what advancements will come this year. What’s more, we look forward to bringing you relevant insights and thoughts over the coming year from our own talented subject-matter experts. We’ll explore the patient experience in oncology, how data and AI can transform our physician conversations, and even look ahead to what advancements we may see in the next 50 years.

To our clients, partners, and every RFH employee, thank you for your dedication to creating better health outcomes. Here’s to an amazing and continued year of growth in 2023!
